This policy explains what information BOLD&Bespoke, a brand of Evan Patterson Consulting operated by Evan Patterson LLC ("we", "us"), collects when you use boldandbespoke.co or work with us, and what we do with it. We keep this short because there isn't much to say.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you book a call, email us, or sign an agreement, we receive what you share: your name, email address, company, and whatever you tell us about your work. If you become a client, we also receive the ideas, notes, recordings, drafts, and account access you provide so we can do the work.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site may collect standard analytics data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not run advertising pixels.
Booking. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy and collects the details you enter there.
How we use it
To respond to you, to run the service you've engaged us for, to send invoices, to improve the site, and to meet legal obligations. That's the list.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. Client material, including unpublished drafts, recordings, and anything you tell us in an interview, is treated as confidential and is used only to produce your content.
Who else sees it
Service providers we use to operate: scheduling, email, invoicing, transcription, analytics, content scheduling tools, and the AI tools described below. Each has access only to what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
AI tools
We use AI tools in the work. That includes transcribing interviews and voice notes, organizing what you send us, researching your audience, pulling together analytics, and drafting and editing content. Your material, including recordings, transcripts, notes, and drafts, may be processed by these tools to do that.
A few commitments on how:
We use paid business or team accounts and turn off model training on our data wherever the tool allows it. We don't use free consumer tiers for client material.
We don't put your passwords, payment details, or anything you've marked as off-limits into any AI tool.
Nothing an AI tool produces is published without a person reading it, editing it, and you approving it. The tools assist; they don't decide.
If you'd rather certain material stay out of AI tools entirely, tell us at kickoff or any time after and we'll work around it. The work will take longer and we'll say so.
We keep a current list of the AI tools we use and will share it on request.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and for basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Prospect correspondence: as long as it's useful, then deleted. Client material: for the duration of the engagement and up to twelve months afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or an agreement says otherwise. Invoicing records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email evan@evanpatterson.io. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site and service are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
