These terms cover your use of boldandbespoke.co and set out how BOLD&Bespoke engagements work. BOLD&Bespoke and Evan Patterson Consulting are both brands of Evan Patterson LLC ("we", "us"), the legal entity you contract with. When you become a client, you'll sign a separate service agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Using the site
The site is for information. You can read it, share it, and book a call from it. You can't scrape it, copy the writing for your own site, or use it to do anything unlawful. The name BOLD&Bespoke, the logo, and the text on this site belong to Evan Patterson LLC.
The service, in summary
BOLD&Bespoke is a ghostwriting service for founders, executives, fractional executives, and solopreneurs. BOLD&Bespoke is offered in three tiers: Three a week (3 LinkedIn posts per week), Four a week (4 LinkedIn posts per week), and Five a week (5 LinkedIn posts per week), at the prices shown on the pricing page on the date you sign. Add-ons may be added to any tier at the prices shown on the pricing page. Any other service is by written agreement. Team discounts apply when two or more people at the same company are active clients at the same time, at the tiers shown on the pricing page; the tier is set by the number of active seats and adjusts when that number changes. Pricing shown on the site is current as of the "last updated" date. We may change pricing, including for existing engagements, with at least 90 days' written notice by email before any new rate takes effect; you can end the engagement before that date under the normal notice terms if you'd rather not continue at the new rate.
Term and billing
There is no minimum term. The agreement runs month to month from the start date and is billed monthly in advance. During the first 30 days, either party may end the agreement by email with immediate effect, and no further fees are owed. After the first 30 days, either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice by email. Fees are due on receipt. Work pauses if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue. There are no refunds under any circumstances, including for unused months, unapproved drafts, or early termination. What you're paying for is the work and the writer's time each month; if a draft doesn't meet your approval, the fix is a revision, not a refund. A change of tier takes effect from the next billing month.
What we need from you
Timely input and approvals. The service depends on interviews, prompts, and feedback. If you go quiet for a month, the month still counts. You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you tell us about yourself, your company, and your results, and for confirming that what you approve is something you're allowed to say publicly.
Approvals and responsibility
Nothing is published without your approval. If you don't approve a piece of content, it doesn't ship, unless you've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, standing approval for a category of posts). Once approved and published, a post is your statement, under your name, on your account. You're responsible for it the same way you'd be responsible for something you typed yourself. Content you decline is revised or replaced within the month's scope; declining content doesn't reduce the month's fee. Each post includes up to two rounds of edits.
Account access
We never log into your LinkedIn or any other account, and we don't accept passwords. Where the service requires access, you'll grant it through the platform's own permissions or through Demandbird, a scheduling tool you authorize with your own login. LinkedIn articles and anything else a compliant tool can't publish are delivered to you ready to post, and publishing them is your step. We'll use any access only to deliver the service. You can revoke it at any time; if you do, we can't post, and the engagement continues on its terms until ended properly.
Ownership
Content we create for you belongs to you once it's paid for. Our methods, prompts, templates, and internal process stay ours. We may describe the kind of work we do in general terms, but we won't name you as a client or share your unpublished material without your permission.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us to produce your content is confidential. We hold it that way during the engagement and after. We use AI tools in producing the work, on paid accounts with model training disabled where the tool allows it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Using the service means you're fine with that unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Platforms
LinkedIn, X, beehiiv, Substack, and any other platform have their own rules and their own moods. We follow their rules. We can't control their algorithms, outages, policy changes, or decisions about your account, and we aren't responsible for them.
No guarantees
We'll do good work and report on it honestly. We don't guarantee impressions, followers, leads, revenue, or any specific outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of one.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our only obligation for any deficiency in the work is to revise or redo that work, and that is your only remedy. We are not liable to refund, credit, or repay any fees paid, under any circumstances. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or anything that happens on a platform we don't control.
Ending things
Either side can end the engagement as set out under Term and billing. We can end it immediately if you ask us to publish something unlawful, defamatory, or that violates a platform's rules, or if invoices go unpaid. On ending, you keep everything that's been paid for, and we return or delete your material on request.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Existing agreements are governed by the terms in place when they were signed.
